If you are planning to be a delegate for the Ecclesiastical Council for Molli Mitchell, please register by going to this registration link. The Authorization Team of the Committee on Ministry wants to make sure we have enough delegates to have a quorum for the vote, and your registration will help us know if we need to make some phone calls.
As a reminder, per the CPC bylaws, all Clergy and Lay Ministers with standing are automatically delegates to this Special Meeting of the conference. Additionally, each church with less than 200 members may have 4 lay delegates and 1 youth delegate (under 25 years old). Churches over 200 members may have an additional delegate for every extra 100 members.
