The CPC is graced with two beautiful outdoor ministry settings: Camp Adams in Oregon and Pilgrim Cove Camp in Idaho. Information about each camp is presented below, including links to their respective websites where you can learn more.
Camp Adams is a 210-acre, forested recreational retreat center located 35 miles south of Portland, Oregon. Camp Adams provides a spiritual haven from the hectic pace of everyday living. Owned and operated by the CPC, the camp is available to UCC member and non-member organizations.
For the past 60 years Camp Adams has provided Oregonians with a unique outdoor facility. The camp hosts everything from Outdoor School for students in Oregon’s public schools to spiritual retreats organized by area churches.
Since 1929, Pilgrim Cove Camp & Conference Center has served UCC youth, women, and men with rich, outdoor ministry experiences. The camp is located on 11 acres of forested land on Payette Lake in McCall Idaho. It was Rev. Clayton “Steve” Rice’s leadership that brought this special, unique land under our protection to create a single place that would bring the churches of southern Idaho together; a place to share in the love of God.
Pilgrim Cove Camp & Conference Center is operated by the Pilgrim Cove Foundation through its Board of Directors that represents the nine CPC churches of the Idaho Association of the United Church of Christ. The camp is available to UCC members and non-member organizations as well.
