Each monthly issue of The Parish Paper provides ideas, insights, research-findings, and practical methods that strengthen the effectiveness of congregations in accomplishing God’s purposes through their various ministries. The Central Pacific Conference is pleased to make current issues of The Parish Paper available to our member congregations through this web site. Each issue is available in PDF format, which requires Adobe Reader to view and/or print (Adobe Reader is available as a free software download by clicking here).

Copyright and Reprint Rights
The Parish Paper is strictly a reprint-rights publication for congregations, judicatories, seminaries, and educational institutions. Subscribers receive copyright permission to photocopy or reprint and distribute each monthly issue to governing boards, committees, and constituents.
The Central Pacific Conference’s subscription to The Parish Paper gives us permission to provide copies to our staff and the congregations within our constituency in any of the following ways: email, U.S. Mail, newspaper, newsletter, meetings, training events, and this website. Our subscription also gives permission for each congregation within our constituency to (a) photocopy or electronically distribute for local use as many copies as it needs, (b) post them on its website, and (c) quote sentences and paragraphs. CPC Congregations do NOT have permission (a) to delete the copyright notice on page 2; (b) to re-write, paraphrase, or change the wording of sentences and paragraphs; or (c) to give ANY THIRD PARTY - other than your staff and constituents - permission to photocopy or reprint (in any quantity, no matter how small, whether for free distribution or for sale).
If your local UCC church mails photocopies with your newsletter or other mailings - using your U.S. Post Office Nonprofit Mailing Permit - most local Post Offices require that every item carry your organization’s name and address. Above The Parish Paper masthead, type your congregation’s name, address, and “Photocopied by Permission.”
