Scheduling Details

Onsite: Events will start with dinner on Friday night, and end with worship on Sunday morning. Churches are encouraged to give their pastor Sunday off, so they can attend the entire weekend, and the Sunday service will be streamed. There will be an in-person Boundary Awareness Training for clergy on Friday, for those who need it.

Online: The meeting will begin at 9am Pacific (10am Mountain), and will likely last four hours.

An Idaho Welcome

We're excited to be able to be with our churches in Idaho this year -- they especially need solidarity now. For those of you from out of state, we hope you'll get to see a different side of Idaho than you see on the news. Our churches in Idaho are creating amazing and welcoming space in an often hostile political environment! Please know that Boise First will do everything they can to make this experience safe and joyful for queer delegates.

Lodging Options – CPC UCC Annual Gathering (Boise, ID | Sept. 24–28, 2026)
