Update on Riverside's Somos Immigrantes Campaign
Riverside Community Church, spearheaded by one very enthusiastic and determined woman in their congregation, Deanne McLaughlin, has embarked on a very successful campaign to increase immigrant awareness and support in their community.
The “yellow sign project” has been a wild success, with businesses and homes all over Hood River and The Dalles putting them up and now they have a huge billboard on I84 in The Dalles heading west.
